Refund & Return Policy – Kiwi Gaba

At Kiwi Gaba, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to return a product, please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Returns requested after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Return Charges

A ₹100 processing and shipping charge will be deducted from your refund amount for each return.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (after deduction of ₹100) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased during sale or discount offers are not eligible for return or refund.

Customized or altered items cannot be returned.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof.
